Recently, we hired some new engineers in our team and wanted to train them. However, the challenge was to record the session so that it can be used to train subsequent engineers since they won't be reporting at the same time.
I found the following software to be perfect for the job. It is called CamStudio.

The above tool is very basic, and does not have editing capability but I think it is just right for my needs.
